Vintage Sterling Silver & Enamel Norway Plus Designs Studio Brooch London 1995 with a Makers Mark of JLB. Good condition for age, some surface scratches. No chips or loss to the enamel. Some other light age related marks. I believe this beautiful brooch was made in the Norway Plus Designs Studio but I can't be certain. 
Measuring approximately 6.2cm x 1.3cm diameter.
Weighing approximately 9.5 grams.
